I ordered Halo 3 for Xbox 360 from two other sources through Amazon and neither game was in good enough condition to work. Third times a charm. When the controler arrived, we charged it, connected it and it has worked very well. CaveGamers informed us when they received the order, packed it for shipping, shipped it and we were able to track it all the way to delivery (no small thing these days!). We are VERY pleased!!!
