CaveGamers was formed in 2010 with the main focus of repairing Xbox 360s. The infamous Red Ring of Death was a massive issue with these systems, so there was never a shortage of units to repair. Over the years, we evolved from doing repairs and expanded our product selection to a wide variety of video games, systems, and toys. We take pride in the unique nature of the products we carry, the quality of our refurbishment, and the care we show our customers. We hope you find what you are looking for and have a great CaveGamers shopping experience. It has been an honor to have served over 500,000 satisfied customers!
CaveGamers (cavegamers.com) has 820 customer reviews on The Fair Hearing, with an average rating of 4.7 out of 5.

Ordered a DS in good condition and everything was fine with the unit. However, it was extremely dirty didn’t look like it was cleaned at all before shipping. Once I cleaned it up myself it was almost in excellent condition.

I'm very sorry the item arrived in that condition. All our units should be getting thoroughly cleaned before shipping, so we've reached out for more information to help improve that process.
Very evident that no attempt was made to clean the product before resale. Disappointed that I got a product at a premium resale price and now have to spend the time disassembling and cleaning it myself. Save yourself the money and get it off eBay.

I'm very sorry the item was not to your expectations. We do clean all our items but it's possible we overlooked something. We've reached out for more details so that we can look into this and improve.
Games with no cases, 1/2 wouldn't load due to condition. 1/2 are not games I would play. But for the price you have to take a chance. 2 games I can play, would've cost 20 each, so ok I guess.

I'm very sorry you're having issues with some of the games. While these games are disc only and there is a chance the games will not interest you, they should all be working and are more than happy to help with replacements.
It took a week to arrive

I received my DS Lite in the mail today. While the device is in good physical condition, the top display is damaged. Half of the screen is bright, while the other half is a dark yellow color. Bottom Screen is fine.

Hello, My first Xbox 360 controller received was damaged, followed by the replacement, which was not the right product (it was an Xbox Series X controller). No worries! Mix-ups happen, and it's no big deal!
