I had a great case (Paragon) that had an issue shortly before the year mark. I told Caudabe and their team was fantastic replacing it with a new one under their warranty. I recommend this company whole heartedly - best company and best phone cases!

I ordered the Synthesis case for my Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra: A fantastic case with great side grip and an awesome transparent, frosted look, that does not show the fingerprint smudges. Unfortunately, my case was a bit warped so that it covered the mics on top. Customer Service was great and dispatched a replacement in an uncomplicated way. Highly recommended!
