Credit card was charged for order but received no email confirmation or order number. Support does not respond to emails and no one answers the phone. No way to check if order is even being processed.

Ordered one and ended up being billed for 5!! Now what? They are big and the cats don’t even like the one!! But really, nobody’s home at their company, the phone rings like its a bogus number. I can try emailing again, but suspect I will have to tell my credit card not to pay it and what do you call it? Fraudulent merchandising?

BEWARE TOTAL SCAM. Only one star bc there’s no zero. Ordered the cat cave they sent a teeth whitener. Support email not active nor is the reply email feature.

My cat does not care for it at all. Went in it one time and hasn’t touched it since. Big disappointment! It is also very hard to get the zipper connected.

My cat cave was never delivered. Customer support ignores my e-mails and their listed phone 1-856-318-9951 does not answer. I’ve called over 30 times and sent 6 e-mails. No response. I’m fear this site may be a scam

my kitties will not go into the tunnel. I've tried putting treats and cat nip inside. nope. I have 1 female that gets on top of it to scratch. that's it. not happy with this product. wish I never bought them. bought 2.

I ordered from cattasaurus and the cat cave totally folded with zip ties. This means that the product doesn't lie flat so trying to flatten it to zip it does not work at all. I've gone back and forth with them and am trying to return it or get a refund. DO NOT BUY from them - I've seen others online that arrive unfolded and it seems to assemble easily. From this company - you legit can't put it together and customer service will just tell you to try to flatten it. Make sure you order from a company that does not ship it folded. FYI!

It was hard to figure out how to put together, it came with NO instructions, and my cat was more interested in the box it came in that the cattasaurus itself. Despite my putting toys, treats, and catnip in and on it, my cat, who is very playful and active, has no interest in this.
