Thank you for the $2.25 purchase on our site. We take service quality seriously and have reviewed the full history of this case. The proxies on the account were tested on our side and confirmed working, including the specific proxy shared in the support chat. The issues reported trace back to incorrect configuration settings rather than the proxy network itself. Our team provided setup guides, identified the misconfigured settings, and offered step-by-step assistance on multiple occasions. Refunds are issued in line with our refund policy, which does not cover cases where the service is verified as functioning correctly. Account access was restricted only after repeated abusive messages directed at support staff, which fall outside acceptable conduct. We remain willing to help resolve the configuration issue if customers also accept to be helped and listen to us. Thank you for your feedback. However, we believe your review is misleading and does not accurately reflect the situation. Our team provided regular updates on the technical issue you faced, and we issued a full refund as soon as possible. Despite this, you repeatedly spammed our support, filed unnecessary disputes, and left multiple negative reviews before we had a chance to fully address the issue. This behavior goes beyond fair feedback and disrupts our ability to assist other customers effectively. We value constructive feedback and always work hard to resolve issues, but we ask for honesty and respect in return. We’re here to help those who engage with us in good faith and expect the same in return.

Thank you for your feedback. We strive to provide high-quality service and flexible solutions for all our customers. As communicated, our team offered a replacement for the 1GB plan in question, but unfortunately, we were unable to assist further due to the tone of the conversation. We encourage respectful communication to ensure smooth resolution of any issues. Should you wish to engage constructively, our support team is always available to help.

Perhaps you are mad because you got no second free trial. I doubt you ever tested our proxies. If you did there is always support on site to help with any problem.
