Helpful support and high quality proxies, used multiple times:)

So far, since deploying, their proxies are of high quality. I can load sites without a reCAPTCHA block; proxies are responsive and fast and they are not being flagged like other providers. I reached out to their customer support team, and they responded swiftly with minimal delay. I will recommend them to anyone who needs their services. Also, their price is super reasonable and matches the quality they provide.

Really good service

Very Disappointing Experience with CAT Proxy I had a very bad experience with CAT Proxy. Around 50% of the proxy IPs are not working properly, and many websites simply do not work when using their proxies. The service is unreliable because a large portion of the IPs fail on the sites where I actually need to use them. What makes the situation worse is that despite these issues, they refused to provide a refund. On top of that, my access was blocked when I raised concerns about the service quality. I paid for a working proxy service but received a product that did not perform as advertised. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend CAT Proxy to anyone looking for reliable proxies. Thank you for the $2.25 purchase on our site. We take service quality seriously and have reviewed the full history of this case. The proxies on the account were tested on our side and confirmed working, including the specific proxy shared in the support chat. The issues reported trace back to incorrect configuration settings rather than the proxy network itself. Our team provided setup guides, identified the misconfigured settings, and offered step-by-step assistance on multiple occasions. Refunds are issued in line with our refund policy, which does not cover cases where the service is verified as functioning correctly. Account access was restricted only after repeated abusive messages directed at support staff, which fall outside acceptable conduct. We remain willing to help resolve the configuration issue if customers also accept to be helped and listen to us.
