I purchased several solar lanterns and each did not look like the dozen+ videos and photos shown illustrating the lantern when placing the order. Instead of the large, clear glass, realistic multiple flame lanterns, I received small, frosted glass, with a hazy single flame. Upon closer inspection of their website, I do find 3 (of the dozen+) images of the style sent to me, with no distinction of a different item when ordering. Very disappointing!! I tried posting a review on their website with photos—cannot find it.

The product works as advertised. I was a little disappointed in the amount of time it took for the paste to arrive and the poor and inaccurate tracking info that was provided during the shipment.

Very polite driver, clean car and got us there in plenty of time. Will definitely use them again.

BUYER BEWARE! The 30 day quarantee is not fully explain on the web site. It is considerably less than 100%. I was not satisfied with the curling iron I ordered. However, when I requested a return authorization, I was told my options were to ship it back to China, or accept a 30% refund. Furthermore, I received an additional charge after they acknowledged the refund was issued. Bottom line, I do not recommend using this company. Or, if you do, get clarity on the terms & conditions.
