Very smooth transaction. After filling out the questionnaire, I received a shipping label and shipped it to them. Only a few days after they received it, I received an email stating that my iMac qualified for "flawless" and about a week later I received a check. Cash for your mac were transparent about the trade in process and honored the quote they had offered, for 3 separate Apple trade-ins. I was very happy with their service and would work with them again! They even resolved an issue with my first trade-in where the bonus coupon didn’t get applied as it should have. Honestly, no complaints. Submitted my machine (condition, type, etc), got a quote and shipped it. Payment happened fast. Package to them deliver Friday and payment made Monday. You could get a bigger rate selling your stuff privately but the convenience is really nice here.
