This was not the first time I have used CashForYourMac. I am impressed by the quick turnaround time and the prices you offer. My criticism is that I spoke with a woman a couple of times to get some information. She wasn't rude but both times she rushed me off the phone and just kept on saying read what we sent you. I almost asked to speak with owner or manager. She in no way was representative of a premium experience.

Great communication, received notice when computer was received and next day notified of full payment, as agreed. Great process.
