When the Ridgeway store first opened the food they served was excellent but it has been horrible for a few months now. We purchased 2 tenderloin sandwiches yesterday and they were burnt and we ordered a meat galore pizza and all the meat was disguised as sausage. They need to seriously do more training for the entire store. Very Disappointed and won't return anytime soon.

Was at store in Omaha on 60 and F street. Rude employee at register gave me wrong cans of skoal didn’t catch it as can was same color. Till I was miles away the ice tea was in drinkable “ stale” at best. Call back they offered to send me the right order never did. Called numerous times always promised to send make it right never did 3 weeks later called customer service. He stated they would not make it right and employee should have not promised me anything! Casey is not customer service oriented company IMO. Will never be back in that store or any other Casey store EVER again. I’m sure my business won’t bankrupt a large company like that. I just feel like I was treated unfairly being a weekly almost daily customer. But my money will be spent elsewhere. I will never stop there “any Casey’s” again. Corporate America strikes again.

The tomah Casey’s is horrible every time I go in there they are rude as hell they never get my orders right they never have the stuff to make sandwiches when u order a large pizza I always get a medium my mom tryd to order a pizza tonight and she lives like 2 blocks from them and they told her now that they are partnered up with door dash that she was not in the zone so she couldn’t get a pizza when just 2 days ago she order a sandwich and they delivered it they are losing money now cuz of the door dash stuff they really need to get all new people in there people who are not RUDE as hell and they might wanna get rid of the door dash cuz they are losing money

We stopped to refuel at the Casey’s on hwy 183 in Holdrege Nebraska on Monday July 5. All outdoor trash receptacles were full and overflowing. The women’s bathroom had full trash receptacles as well. There was grime on all the floors especially up against baseboards. Normally VERY presentable, I was disgusted by this particular Casey’s and would recommend some encouragement to attend to the cleanliness of their building and regular emptying of the trash receptacles.

Unappreciated changes My local Casey's has recently changed the coffee brewing process to the automatic brewing process that individually does 1 cup at a time. Problem is that there is not an option for decaf but I can get about 6 flavors. Also no option for mixed cups like half house blend and half decaf as suggested by my doctor. Finally, the new machine is too short to allow me to use my 34 ounce Casey's refill mug cup unless I make 2 mediums and trash the paper cup. I really don't expect that this review will make any difference, but you have to realize that every change does not necessarily make things better.

This ones for you Casey’s in Ankeny, Iowa . . . Drove RT from MPLS to Cedar Rapids on 5/13 & 14. Bought regular unleaded at FlyingJ $2.839/gal. on 5/13 - next day at $3.249/gal. at Casey’s. Got to MPLS that afternoon and was $2.869/gal. at Holiday Gas. Sent letters to Holiday asking for the difference . . . NO RESPONSE. MY RESPONSE . . . Will wave as I drive by to station further down the road.

Very good tasting pizza done on time the guy that made it got it perfect

$10/ hr is too much for the kids in Lakin KS Casey's. Service is terrible on all levels. Gave order at deli to one kid who joins another to chat while making pizza Without turning my order in or even looking at the person behind me. Took several minutes for someone else to moz zy over and actually take my order. No mayonnaise when I got to that phase. Check out wasn't any better. There was a coffee spill which could have been handled by one person, not the checkout clerk.. Nobody at the counter so the people ahead of me were waiting. My change was just handed to me with no counting back or anything. When I ask if people count change back any more clerk just says Nope . I live In a neighbouring town but won't be going back To this Casey's. We'll pass on to Garden City
