Cashier did not greet me, tell me my total, or say thank you! I was still courteous enough to tell the cashier thank you but she couldn’t even say you’re welcome. If they’re hearing or speech impaired they should wear a sign to inform the customer. I know with language too so I still could have communicated with the cashier!

Clarksville, TN. Big zero. They have a chicken on their sign, no fried chicken. Why wouldn't you have fried chicken when all the other stores in the USA have chicken? Disappointed. Won't be back. Teenagers running the store.

The cashier displayed disrespect with an unintelligent answer. The employee stated any order need a Bank number to complete transaction. She said cash was unacceptable for this pizza purchase. Either fill out the numeric key pad or forfeit order. After scrolling down I noticed pay cash at store entry. This function invalidated her unintelligent threat to vacate store. This Casey's Paola store needs training

I have been a regular Casey’s customer for years and typically spend $100–$200 a week. Most of the employees at this location are great, and I have always appreciated them. Unfortunately, my experience with one employee, Nikki, and the way management has handled the situation has been unacceptable. A few days ago, Nikki’s mother became involved in an interaction with me inside the store and attempted to have me removed. The situation escalated to the point where I was being chased out the door. The store manager did not take control of the situation or properly de-escalate it and instead appeared to go along with Nikki’s mother. I reported the situation to Casey’s and also contacted the district manager. I was told the district manager could not provide me with follow-up, and I did not feel my concerns were being taken seriously. Today, I returned with my granddaughter to pick up a pizza. Nikki was making my pizza, looked over at me, and laughed. Because of the previous incident, I asked for the pizza to be remade. She then repeatedly whispered that she was going to call the police and asked other employees to call the police. They refused because I was doing nothing wrong. I told her, “Call the cops.” I should not have to walk into a business with my granddaughter and feel mocked, intimidated, or threatened with police involvement while simply picking up food I paid for. I have already given Casey’s multiple opportunities to address this. Unfortunately, the problem continued, and management has not provided me with the follow-up I expected. I want to emphasize that this is not about all of the employees. Most of them are wonderful. This is about one employee’s conduct and the failure of management to appropriately handle an ongoing customer complaint. After being a customer who spends $100–$200 a week, I am now choosing to take my business elsewhere. Customers deserve to be treated with basic professionalism and respect.

Trying to apply for a position but given the fact they don't remove past APPLICATIONS one simply can't apply or REAPPLY without having issues.

I've grown up with Casey's taco pizza for decades and was very excited to have a Casey's here in Austin TX. Tonight we ordered one and it was not worth the money. I lived in Des Moines Iowa and always bought taco pizza. When I visit Des Moines, I always stop by Casey's. The pizza I bought tonight had just a few Doritos on it. Hardly any toppings. At best it was mediocre. I'm going to give them more time to train the staff and try again in a few weeks. Casey's has really good pastries, cookies and scotcheroos! I love you can buy a slice. Bring your best game because you have lots of fans here!

They overcharge like crazy for gas and half the time the price you see on the sign isnt even close to what you pay at the pump..I've never had gas disappear so fast in my entire life. It just goes and goes and goes. Their point system is a sham. I'd like to know how they haven't been shut down for their shady practices. I will NEVER purchase fuel from these clowns again.

My husband and I ordered a taco pizza using my husband's rewards points. When I took a bite of my second slice, I immediately noticed a foul minty taste and discovered that there was a minty nicotine pouch in my pizza. The pouch was not visible from the top of the pizza and was embedded in the toppings and cheese. Aside from this being DISGUSTING as is, I am a breastfeeding mother and I don't appreciate the anxiety and inconvenience of having to worry that there is nicotine in my system. I am deeply disgusted and ashamed of Eldon Casey's and the way that the employees have handled this without taking accountability. I will never ever spend another dime at any Casey's and I will encourage everyone I know to do the same. This is not the first time there has been a major issue with food at this specific location, and there have been many many people from the town of Eldon sharing their own horrendous experiences on my social media post about this issue. This store needs to have their kitchen shut down due to continued incompetency of the employees in food safety and sanitary practices.
