Pésimo servicio. Está página es una estafa. No compren sus productos. Pague por un usefulcasefity sin embargo ya van dos meses que no me lo envían, además que no responden mi mensaje. Hay que denunciar para que estos tipos no siguen engañando a la gente

I ordered two camping chairs with a quick release mechanism. You sent me two camping chairs that need assembling, NOT the ones I ordered. The whole reason for ordering these expensive chairs was because ‘ according to the advert/video’ they were easy to use. They were a present for my sister who has arthritis and cannot assemble the ones I received. Unfortunately you are not answering my emails regarding this matter, so I have no choice but to warn other people not to send for these chairs.

Ordered a walnut timber / aluminum book stand. They delivered a totally different item with a white painted steel base - highly inferior quality. Not even the decency to contact me before shipping to get approval, and I find this unbelievably dishonest and deceptive. Do not deal with these people.

After several months, still not even so much as an acknowledgement of my incorrect order issue. I caution strongly against purchasing any item from this site/company. Obviously pure SCAM.

The wrong specification of binocular was delivered - I reported this immediately and have received no response in over 5 days. I’ve had to initiate a return of funds through PayPal. They have not responded to my ‘case’ on PayPal either.

Product claimed to be 100% silk. It’s actually satin (polyester) no response to emails etc Very expensive for satin
