I want to do a return and no one answer my emails

I bought a discounted Padel racket and the order was cancelled by the shop after it was confirmed. The message mentioned that the order had been cancelled at my request, which is untrue.

Whatever you do. Do not. I repeat do not order anything from this website. They are unresponsive to emails, texts, WhatsApp’s, online forms. This is by far the worst customer service and experience I have ever received from any online retailer, ever. Bar none. Do not buy anything from this place. Complete joke of a business.

The worst experience that i have had. They do not respect the delivery time and delay in answering . I strongly do not recommend to buy in this store. Waiting for refund
