Responsive - Great Communication

The umbrella is amazing, great quality and works exactly as it is described. Provides shade to a large area and looks stylish. Had a question and contacted Customer Service, they were very responsive and helpful. I live in Florida this is a must have!!!!

Easy to contact, and customer service was very responsive.

I have been trying to get a warranty replacement for an urgent leaking faucet. The customer service email is non existent and bounces back, the phone number is never answered and finally someone calls you back from their personal cell phone. They email you from their personal gmail. This company is not legit. They have not filled my warranty claim and I'm really regretting my decision to purchase this brand.

I love the product, it is beautiful and the quality is incredible I love it 😍😍😍
