Was very happy with our experience. They kept me informed through the entire process. The longest part was DMV mailing the title and that was less then 3 weeks but also it was over the holidays. Otherwise it probably would have been a tad bit faster.

Car titles and Amy Jewett stuck with me the whole time. my issues took over a year to get sorted out, but i finally got a title to a car that my son dragged home with no keys and NO PAPERWORK...not even a bill of sale.

Please do not purchase this service if you are in default on the loan, this company the people will lie to you that you can get title for the car you default on. dont trust anything they say they just want your money and your car will be seize.

Ariel was very helpful, and very pleasant. She made the process understandable, and made things happen to facilitate the process.

For me what made my experience with Car Titles so good was the customer service. I had made a mistake on my original form and that could have made it a much longer process. But CarTitles had reached out to me by text and any questions that I had, I could just text Amy who was always very responsive and worked to quickly clear things up.
