I am a senior citizen and CarSure took the time to explain everything to me also they allowed me to contact my son to listen in on the presentation as well as to ask questions. The customer service was great and I look forward to doing business with Carsure Company.

Even though my sales agent wanted me to purchase their auto care insurance immediately, I told him that I would NOT purchase any insurance without discussing the policy with my spouse first. I asked him to call me back in two hours, which he agreed to do. When my spouse returned home, we discussed the pros and cons of buying the vehicle insurance policy. I contacted the agent and purchase the policy. I recommend looking at the products the company offers because their "hard sell" including price negotiations and delayed purchase.
