Fast, reliable service. Fair pricing.

Buying and receiving the carpet tiles were fast and efficient - but what I didn't realize they are all seconds. Even though we purchased an additional box we still didn't have enough to do the flooring correctly. 2 boxes had pink edges and could not be used as full tiles. At least 3 more of the boxes had back edges that were not properly coated therefore flooring was not the same thickness. Knowing now that the quality was 2nd or poorer I would have purchased at least 35% extra but then the price would have been the same as Amazon for 1st quality. The tile was easy to install and looks fantastic

I was disappointed that my order was cancelled due to a 200 sf minimum. This minimum policy is buried on returns page. After finding out the order was cancelled was told the builder quality carpet I had ordered for 1.69 sf was suddenly not available but instead I could order the premium version for 2.22 and I had to order 240 sf. So I had a cancelled $200 order turn into a $640 option. Felt rather bait and switchy. Inventory hijinks happen, order req should not have allowed me to proceed with the order

So far my experience with Carpet Tile Depot has been very pleasant. Quick replies to my inquiries and timely delivery of my samples that I ordered. Looking forward to doing more business with them soon.

They were able to help me identify a carpet tile I had that I had no idea what it was called!! Pricing was great and shipping was fast. Would recommend to anyone.
