I was working with a salesperson through email when the salesperson just stopped responding. I’m very interested in your product. Please help.

Ordered LVT floor That I was assured will be delivered in a few weeks. Here we are now going on six weeks no communication, no correspondence, no status. Nothing very disappointed. We had four more floors to do, but I will not be ordering my tile or carpet from you.

Never received my order - no tracking information - no communications - no nothing.

Still waiting on a response from 12/17 to purchase more carpet

I received the wrong item. When I contacted you I was told refund would only be about $30.00.

Absolute worst. Chatted about availability of an item. Assured it was in stock and would arrive in 3-5 days. 2 days later, receive an email that they are unable to get the item, even though I wrote and asked before purchasing and was told it was in hand.

Someone emailed me asking if I needed help. I called him and left a voice message, but never received any further communication. Yes, I would still like help, but I’m not sure how to go about it if no one is willing to actually talk to me. Thx. 213.949.7957

I spoke with Jeremy in your sales department numerous times. The first time I supplied him with the style and color of the carpet needed along with the square footage. I called him back the following week to ask about my quote. He said he would check on it and get it to me. I called back the following week and Jeremy was out. I spoke with someone else in the sales department and explained the situation. Also explained to this gentleman that I was concerned that I could not get my quote that I might not ever get my carpet, and maybe I should shop somewhere else for my carpet . The gentleman replied “maybe you should”.
