Jeff Rivers is extremely rude and unprofessional. Do not do business with this man. Edit: Please note Jeff's extremely rude and unprofessional response that not only proves my review valid and accurate but also serves as an example to potential customers as to how you will be treated.

Hi Matthew. We are concerned by your feedback but do not see that you are a customer of our store.
Excellent service from start to finish. Scott, in sales was informative and helped us make the best selection for our needs. The installers were friendly, professional, kept the work site neat and tidy all day, were respectful and informative. I am so very pleased with the job done and the pricing was great, too. Wouldn't go anywhere else for flooring. Thanks!!

Thank you, Pat, for leaving us a review!
We had an excellent experience with Carpet One. From the decision making process, the sale, and the installation, everything went very well. It is not surprising to have a good shopping experience, or shouldn't be, but it was the installation where we saw a difference. The crew was on time, courteous, cleaned up after themselves, and sensitive to the value of our belongings. And the carpet looks great. Thank you.

Thank you for the review! It is great to hear that you had such a great experience with us, from the sale to the installation. Enjoy your new carpet!
We had laminate floor panels installed in our home. The rooms where the installation occurred were living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast room, laundry room and home theater area. The installer did a fantastic job. Patrick our sales man came out to the house and brought samples of trim. He insists he shows us a bright white trim against our cream colored walls in the living room. The only thing he showed us was the wood trim samples that were going to be used to match the cabinets in the kitchen. My husband and I were under the impression the wood trim was going to be used throughout the house. We called Patrick at the Tulsa Hills store and told him we expected all the trim to be wood stained instead of this gaudy white trim that was installed, he said he would talk to his manager and call us back and see what he could do. He called us back and told us it would cost $650 to replace the trim. Now we just spent close to $7000 with this company. Prior to these problems we also inquired about carpeting for 3 bed rooms and installation of a putting green turf surface which measured 16ft x 17 ft. They have definitely lost that sale and told Patrick I will never do business with them again. You know if they really cared about our business they would of called us back and tried to gain our trust but I guess since they got their money up front customer satisfaction doesn't count

Christina, I am sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the quarter round we installed in your home. I spoke to Patrick prior to responding to your review, and I also pulled the original invoice. The handwritten invoice specifies the selection of white quarter round. We understand that you do not deal in home remodeling on a regular basis and that the process can be both confusing and overwhelming. We remain happy to give you credit for the white quarter round if you would prefer to purchase the quarter round that coordinates with your floor. However, the stained quarter round is a more expensive product than what you originally purchased which was the reason you were quoted $650. We definitely care about your business and offer our apology if at any time you felt we didn't care about your satisfaction. If you would like to discuss this further please contact our office at 918-438-5400 and ask for Palmer.
