Thank you, Nancy! We hope you enjoy your new floors for many years to come.
Laura M was our sales rep and knew exactly what we needed based upon our price range and what we were looking for. The install teams for both the laminate and carpet were excellent. Frank was great also- we needed a slight repair and he was also very professioanal and excellent!

Hi Michael & Mary Jo, Thanks so much for sharing your experiences. We're happy to hear you experienced professional treatment and that you're pleased with both your laminate and carpet. We will be sure to pass along your compliments to Laura and Frank.
Floor looks great, modifications had to be made as subfloor wasn't ideal. The floor was measured almost perfect, about two board foot extra. John Fascia was great to work with.

Very good job. Slighly disappointed with appearance of flooring once completed. Finish more dull than first expected. We’ll have to see how quality of floor holds up over time.

Hi Vincent & Mary - thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review, and for the helpful feedback. Please keep us posted: we want to make sure you absolutely LOVE your new floor. Happy New Year to you both.
The flooring is beautiful and was expertly installed. However it took seven weeks and a phone call to finally get it done. I feel that is a bit longer than expected.

Thank you for the positive review, Gena! We hope you enjoy your new carpet!
Loved the carpet I picked out, but not crazy about the padding that was recommended. The carpet was expensive but it feels like I'm walking on a slab of concrete. It is not a plush feeling under your feet. I do think it is the padding that is just not the right one for this particular carpet.
