I wanted to LET EVERYONE KNOW Especially Carewell know that I have had ONLY GREAT Experiences Dealing w/ Carewell. I’ve done shopping on my own(Which is very easy to navigate), I’ve had to do a refund which also went very smooth( No one’s fault underpads just didn’t absorb enough. Bought new ones & return the unused ones very easy., & Now help with this. You took care of my needs very quickly!! Outstanding job! & Employees that I had to interact with have been terrific! My experience was excellent when I was unable to change my order online and I called an left a message and someone got back with me in a timely manner. Then the customer service rep was truly nice and very helpful.

The Carewell team definitely cares about their customers. The prices on the products are reasonably priced and they have extremely prompt shipping on orders. The followup communication is also very much appreciated.

I placed an order for 4 items on Monday, and received them at my door on Wednesday! They were packaged very well, and I did not expect the order to even be processed by Wednesday, much less delivered; since it’s the week of Christmas. You cannot beat that! I’m a customer for life at this point. Awesome customer service is hard to come by these days, but Carewell has it down pat!

My mother needs round the clock care and regular delivery of supplies is required. Carewell is a wonderful company to deal with. Anytime I need to place or add to an existing order, I call instead of handling it online. If their lines are busy, they will offer to call me back when an associate is available. Associates are all so very friendly and always able to help by placing or editing orders, or by answering questions or making suggestions depending on my needs. They are easy to understand and sound like they are actually smiling…every time! There is honestly nothing better than dealing with someone one-on-one because I know exactly what I will be receiving. Shipments are usually sent out the same day and arrive within two or three days. Hear that, Amazon? Prices might be a little more than Walmart but I know I will be getting what is needed on time and on a regular basis. I can depend on them, and that is so important when you want the best for your parent. Can you tell that I’m impressed? Carewell will always get top ratings from me. I know I can depend on them. This company has got their game together and I would not consider dealing with anyone else.
