My experiences with this company have always been professional with employees able to answer my questions knowing full well what they were talking about. Issues that are delicate are handled with sensitivity and respect. My gap in technology is treated kindly so ordering isn't as frustrating as happens so often. A spinoff money making plan would be to clone this group and rent them out.
