CarewellReviews of carewell.com

I've ordered products from Carewell only twice but am impressed with the kindness of their representatives. Each representative I've talked with has been very helpful, courteous, kind & knowledgeable. The products I ordered arrived within 2 days as promised.

Markita was great. Great customer service, very reliable!

I needed to change my method of payment for my auto ship Carewell order. I called the customer service number and had a very satisfyingly experience. The representative was friendly, helpful and efficient. She revised my payment method, and double checked to make sure all of the new information was correct. She had a clear, pleasant voice and I had no trouble at all understanding her. I was very pleased with our interaction.

I can get premium grade medical supplies at discount prices and find supplies that I can't get locally and it's at my front door in 2 business days!!! What's not to love!?

I have been using Carewell for the last couple of months. I am very satisfied with product quality and the assistance from customer service. Thank you guys so much.

When my dad started declining in his health, I needed various supplies. Carewell helped me with a walker and other items. When he passed, I was surprised to receive the same kindness and help returning unused items as I did ordering. I really appreciate the service and care given to my needs.

The first thing I noticed on my second order to you was a very friendly greeting, saying, "Hi Leon, glad to hear from you", or words similar to that. Everyone I've dealt with has been super helpful and friendly. You can't buy better advertisement than that. Earlier that same day I had dealt with a PA government agency and came away quite frustrated. They had misspelled my name and I was attempting to get that corrected. I never accomplished that chore. What a difference when you deal with a private company, who offers real customer service. I'm quite elderly (95) and this means so much to us senior citizens Thank you. Leon Whiteman

I accidentally made duplicate orders on-line. Nicole understood immediately what the problem was and deleted one of the orders.; she also took the time to explain the process and what I could expect to see in my bank account. She was professional and didn't make me feel like a dummy!
