I had purchased a case of Instant hot packs along with another item. When squeezing the hot pack to initiate the heat it would not initialize. This happened with quite a number of them. When i was able to Initialize some of them they were really hot and lasted for a long long time which was great. The packs were very large making it a better experience. However I called carewell and explained the situation and the representative was wonderful and said she would send me a new case and I would receive it in approximately two days. Thank you Carewell for your quick and courteous response. I will order more products from Carewell because they are a legit company whose service is outstanding.
