Why we chose CarePolicy.US

We chose CarePolicy.US last year when we began the process of launching our Home Care agency. During our research, we spoke with several organizations that offer similar services, but our initial phone call with Anton immediately stood out. He was personable, professional, and asked thoughtful questions to better understand our agency’s needs. Anton took the time to explain how CarePolicy.US supports organizations like ours by developing customizable home care policy and procedure manuals, assisting with licensing requirements, and providing compliance documentation for agencies. In addition, they offer consultation services and assign a knowledgeable team member to guide you throughout the entire process. Another factor that impressed us was the transparency of their pricing. Their website clearly lists pricing for services across all states, along with the various documents agencies typically need—such as policy and procedure manuals, business plans, website development, and marketing materials. This level of clarity made the decision much easier for us. Once we began working with Anton, he tailored our services specifically to meet our state’s requirements and customized all documentation with our company branding and logo. Throughout the process, he remained readily available by phone and email to assist with any updates, revisions, or questions we had. About three months later, when a state surveyor visited our agency, he was so impressed with our policy and procedure manual that he asked whether we had created it ourselves. I explained that we had worked with CarePolicy.US and shared their information with him. He mentioned that he would like to recommend them to other agencies he encounters that may have inadequate policy and procedure manuals. We successfully passed our survey, and everything has been going very well since. As our agency continues to grow, we are still utilizing additional services from CarePolicy.US.
