They were professional and assisted us during a very stressful time. My father is in a beautiful assisted living home where he is well taken care of. I highly recommend them.

Rebecca from CarePatrol was great to work with. She was able to provide an overview (pros/cons) of each facility that we might not have had on our own.

Our CarePatrol representative listened to our concerns and needs, and found the perfect place for my mom. This was my second experience with CarePatrol, and both were outstanding.

Richard Curry of CarePatrol was happy to take our call and show us a facility. Promising that Brookdale of Niskayuna NY was a good place for my mother. Brookdale was unable to institute a consistent care plan that provided the necessary assistance. I called Richard to assist me in working with Brookdale. He said he would help and then he disappeared. No phone call back...not even to tell me he could not assist. I do not believe that Richard Curry understood my mother's needs and the service issues at Brookdale including staffing issues. We we're at Brookdale for 30 days and gave our notice.

Jacqui Clark was our CarePatrol friend and she did an excellent job helping us find a great fit for my Mother in Law, that was friendly, close to us, and fit our Mom's Long Term Care insurance needs. Thank you for your help! I could not have done this without her caring and wise advise.
