My sister and I would still be trying to figure out our parents' move were it not for the timely and thorough services of Kevin Buck at care patrol. From our very 1st interaction with him, Kevin was thorough in gathering Every bit of pertinent data that we needed to get on the table. From the get go, Kevin kept it real, Reminding us which options were realistic and which were not, due to our budget situation. He asked us a lot of questions about our family, My parents' health and their interests, and was also quick to point out how my father's Status as a veteran would help us out as well. Throughout the entire process, Kevin was always available. From the time We 1st contacted Kevin to the time my parents were placed in their wonderful assisted living community was less than 8 weeks, and could have been even sooner. I would give Kevin 5 stars easily. So glad we crossed his path.

I would absolutely recommend Care Patrol to anyone. They found my father a new home that fits all his needs! Gabby was so very caring and concerned about my dads situation. She communicated every detail and I couldn’t be more grateful! They were very professional and efficient. Thanks Again!!

Overall the experience was positive. Kevin was very helpful. I just wasn't familiar with care patrol prior to this so I didn't have anything to compare it to.

Mark in N.Arizona and Melanie in Tucson cheerfully accepted our unusual need. Mark searched extensively, however found no available facility in Yavapai county, so he transferred our requirements to Melanie. She sent info from facility managers to the family Oregon. Melanie found an initial location that was very good, and later, a second location when needs became clear and a better fit was needed. They communicated well before placement and kept in touch to follow-up. Jane

Care Patrol services were great. HOME that agreed and cashed my deposit check, did not accept my mother. After I hired moving company 200.00 gone. ARRANGED for transportation. Got a denial text 8pm day b4 mother was discharged from Rehab facility. Called carepatrol. Lee corrected immediately. Got my mother placed immediately.
