WOW!! Hard to say in this limited space how helpful and caring and knowledgeable Susan Nichols was during this process. Not one time did I feel she was "selling" me on anything for mom. She was patient and genuinely cared about all of us. We got mom placed into a wonderful home and she is thriving there. While I realize these happy endings don't always come about, it was comforting to have Susan there at each step. Would I recommend the company, yes. Would I recommend you ask for Susan? Without a doubt.
