It helped me a lot working with Care Patrol. They were right there answering my questions and I had a lot. They made me feel like I was their only client. If I contacted them with a question their response was time was very quick. I would highly recommend them. About the only flaw was me. It was so easy to slip and say Paw Patrol. Which is my grandchildren’s favor t.v. show.

They were always available when we needed them and provided choices appropriate for our situation

We could not have completed this overwhelming process without Cheryl's help and guidance. She listed all of our options and broke them down as to prices and differences. If there was a question she couldn't answer, she admitted that and researched until she found the answer. On the tours, she asked the questions that we didn't think of or had forgotten. She stayed with us throughout the process, up to and including moving into the facility. Cheryl is a kind and generous person, easy to work with and perfectly suited to this work.

I would recommend her to anyone needing to place a loved one in a care facility. She is empathetic, kind and understanding about how difficult this process can be.
