Our resident care advisor, Michael, was outstanding. He was pleasant, helpful, cheerful, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and more. Our 95 year old mother was often cantankerous and he knew exactly how to smooth her feathers. He had to work with a “committee” of three adult kids, all seniors themselves. Somehow, it all worked beautifully. We can’t thank you enough, Michael Mithen. Mom is now happily ensconced in her new residence, thanks to your guidance.
