An invaluable service provided by Anthony Black with CarePartol of Mesa, his expert knowledge and caring guidance along with trusting comfort during an emotional time and decision was priceless! Without Anthony my family and I would have spent weeks in trying to find the best care for our mom. Now we know she is in the best place for her, and that piece of mind is priceless! UPDATE one month later: Anthony keeps in touch to make sure my mom is doing well. Having my mom in her new place has been a true blessing! The care provided is exactly what she needs!! Words can not express just how thankful I am for ALL that Anthony has done!

We started working with Marion Lyttle of Care Patrol when my mother was just starting to consider retirement communities. Marion met us where we were, giving us extremely helpful information, coming with us on visits to communities, answering our many questions with kindness and patience. There was never any pressure and it was always clear that my mother's wellbeing was her top priority. Just a few months after our initial contact with Care Patrol, my mother is happily living in one of the communities Marion recommended. Marion also helped us connect with other support services along the way. I cannot imagine navigating this journey without her. My family and I will always be grateful.

I felt the information provided was not thorough, it felt like selling a product rather than a considering the individual. It is a very emotional and potentially financially difficult decision to move an elderly parent. I did not feel like there was an effort to know the details of either the needs of my mother, nor the offerings at the communities. I had to ask for those details. I am still discovering things that would have been nice to know prior to our moving my mother into Montecito.

Sandi and Sarah were a huge help as we tried to find a place for our mom. They made our search so much easier. They bent over backwards for us. I so appreciated everything they did!
