Due to time constraints I did not have a lot of options, places to look at but the place I did pick my mom likes.

I recently found myself in the position of having to arrange for moving a family member into a senior care facility. I soon discovered that there are many options and many levels of care. Fortunately, a friend of mine suggested meeting with CarePatrol. Various options were discussed, and I received details comparing facilities in the area. The CarePatrol representative arranged visits and went with me to facilities so that I could have first-hand knowledge of the options available. I contacted MaryAnn at CarePatrol of the Lehigh Valley after being referred to her by a counselor at St Luke's Anderson. MaryAnn was a God send! It is extremely difficult going through the stages of dementia with an aging parent. I was not at all prepared for the turn my mother took and I was at a loss as to what to do. She could no longer stay at the personal care home she had been at for 18 months, the people of which I had grown to trust and love. My mother was becoming too much for them to handle. Now what?! Who was going to be willing to accept her and provide the care she needed?? I called MaryAnn. She was so nice, so caring, and a great comfort to me. She made me realize I did not have to figure this out all on my own. We discussed multiple options to try to determine what would be best for my mom. Some of the stress immediately lifted. With MaryAnn's help, I was able to place my mom in a new home where they specialize in her disease. MaryAnn was constantly in touch with me, checking in, and offering support. She helped me so much and I'll be forever grateful. You don't have to go it alone. Having her support and expertise made a world of difference!

Six months ago we meet Sam Nazh of CarePatrol at the hospital and were so impressed with his comforting way and he provided us with so much information. Recently my brother’s stage 4 brain cancer worsened and we again reached out to Sam for help. He made us the priority! He worked for us at all hours, and quickly found the best 5-Star assisted living facility solution. He took the time to fully understand my brothers condition and situation. Sam has followed up with us and visited my brother many times since placement. Sam and CarePatrol are excellent in every aspect and we highly recommend him. With all our heart, thank you Sam!

My mom and I worked with Meda Green in Overland Park KS to find my dad an assisted living community. We had a short timeline and she worked very tirelessly to get us into a facility that my dad liked. I literally don't know what we would have done without her help.
