$39 down is a lie, they told me $2,000 down. will never do business with car city.

William, we're sorry you feel like you had a negative experience. Our program to qualify for $39 down is based of an individuals income and stability. If you feel like the approval you were given is incorrect, you are welcome to call us at 888-CAR-CITY to speak with a Manager.

I came in and needed a car that day. The guys stayed after closing time to make sure that I got the vehicle I wanted. Very nice, friendly staff. I would recommend to any one looking far a vehicle, be it your first or twentieth, to stop in at Car City. Thanks Guys.

I recently purchased a vehicle from the Muskegon office. I must say, the salesperson, Karen, was EXCELLENT to work with. She is extremely helpful. I had some title issues and she walked me through the entire process. For a small lot, there was a good selection and I drove away with a really nice car. Bigger selection online and Karen informed me if I found something I wanted that was not on the lot that Car City would deliver it. Nice!
