Canterberry GiftsReviews of canterberrygifts.com

Not quite as Grand as it appeared in the photos. The gift box and items were smashed in the box. When I opened it, the boxed items were crushed and the bow was beyond repair. Just a little disappointed for the amount of money that I paid

No ups tracking number was provided. Emailed to get a tracking number, none provided by you, disappointing.

The gift was for my granddaughter who was recovering from surgery. She really liked all the goodies in the bag but one of them had an expired date of Feb 2022. She received the gift June 23. A bit of quality control would help.................. Janna Sadlovsky

Package arrived day after Easter very disappointed

Wish it had better detail in the description... My daughter does not eat chocolate and many of the snacks had chocolate in them. I wish the description had been a little more detailed so that I could have chosen something else that she would have enjoyed more.

I ordered a basket for my dad’s 80 th birthday ... when putting in the order I was never told how long for delivery, and the basket that my dad got was not the same basket I ordered, over all he enjoyed his basket

I recieved a tracking message from Ups that the package had been delivered. When I contacted you to report the package had not been delivered, I was told to contact UPS claims. You sent me a proof of delivery for Fort Worth TX. You should have caught this. You had given the wrong tracking number. Correct package was delivered on time

The package was beautiful. But it was incomplete, the gift card to rent movie was missing. And the root beer was replaced by coke. However, once I let them know about the mishap, they quickly and kindly helped me solve the problem. And I will likely make more purchases in the future. :)
