This company failed to disclose easement information about a home they were selling even after my realtor asked the direct question. The title company is also in the wrong for not disclosing this information. I would never use them and certainly not buy a home if they were the selling agent

I highly recommend James of Canopy Real Estate for anyone thinking of buying or selling a private or commercial property. I have known James for many years. He has consistently proved that he is a man of integrity, with an extensive knowledge and understanding of the real estate market. James is hardworking, honest, quick to respond, and has a wide range of excellent contacts that will help you prepare a property for sale, or re-model it to your specifications after purchase. Indeed he makes the often-emotional process of buying and selling real-estate as easy and pain-free as possible. If you work with James of Canopy Real Estate you will be in safe, excellent, knowledgeable hands.
