This assessment seemed to look at various ways in which an applicant responds to conditions, behaves in a situation, analyzes data, portrays themselves with prospects, clients, etc. It seemed longer than expected, however offered a good judgement of my strong ability in benefiting the employer with my stress management skills.

so what was the point of this if they turned me away. this isn't what I thought would happen. I'm upset over this and not getting the job.

I wasn't sure what to expect when sent an email, "need to do an Online Assessment Test" as part of the interview process.
