What I really liked about the assessments were the questions. They are challenging but they really make one self reflect. Another thing that I believe that the company does well in showing that they care about having a diverse work environment. That’s something I look for in a a company. By having a diverse team not only is the team stronger but we can learn from other peoples perspectives and experiences.

The questions are remarkably well focused on true to life experiences. In my opinion it is extremely rhetorical. This was well put together. A fact I would like to share, think about this comment before you make any decision. There is no perfect person, place or thing but this does not mean we should not strive for perfection.
