I ordered this candle for my husband for Christmas. He loved it. Great smell!

I ordered three different candles and within 4 days, it was already shipped and I had a tracking number. Unfortunately, even though USPS said it was delivered, I never received my package. I emailed customer service and in less that 8 hours, I already had a service member respond back to me. I haven’t received my candles yet but I have been very impressed with the customer service! They have been quick and have assisted me thus far.

Michael was super helpful when I reported my missing order. They were prompt with their response and replaced my order even though it was not their fault it did not arrive.

There were no issues. It came in exactly when they said it would.

My first order was stolen after it was delivered and so i reached out asking for help and Mike was amazing. He helped me get replacements so fast and was so nice and understanding. Couldnt recommend this company more.

The candles are funny with good sayings burn a long time
