Better communication when holding wine due to weather

Totally unresponsive. They sent me the wrong bottle and have failed to respond. Buyer beware.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED that a delivery was scheduled on a Saturday and delayed until Monday. Bottle sat on a truck all weekend in 90 degree heat. TOTALLY unacceptable. For the premium price paid for the bottle, first class service should have been a given.

Ordered 2 bottles of wine with the year our daughter got married as they will be celebrating their 25th anniversary. I was a little worried it wasn’t going to arrive on time . Cana wine immediately got back with me and assured me it would be there in plenty of time. It was! Very carefully packaged, no worry of breakage. First time ordering but definitely not the last time.
