Ordering was easy and I received my exact bourbon, but I am giving it 4 stars for customer service. It took several days before my item showed up”shipped”, so I reached out via chat. It was an automated chat bot. After not being able to provide a satisfactory answer, it advised me that it was having a live agent join the chat to assist me. I waited over 15 minutes and no one ever joined. It was during business hours.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your experience. We’re glad the ordering process was easy and that you received your bourbon exactly as expected. However, we sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping updates and for the poor experience with our chat support. Waiting for a live agent who never joined is understandably frustrating, especially during business hours. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and will share your feedback with our team as we work to improve our customer service experience. Thank you again for your support and honest review. Thanks, Cana Wine Co. Team

Thank you for your feedback! We’re glad you found what you were looking for and appreciated the exceptional packaging. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again. Thanks, Cana Wine Co. Team
The Customer service is exceptional. The bottle arrived very carefully packed and pristine. The only complaint that I have is that the bottle was sent alone, without the original box. With Macallan Scotch, the box is an important piece of the package. The delivery time was very impressive. Overall a great experience.

Thank you for your thoughtful feedback. We’re glad to hear you were pleased with our customer service, careful packaging, and fast delivery. We appreciate your note regarding the missing original box and understand its importance, especially for Macallan. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we’ll keep it in mind as we continue improving. Thank you for choosing us. Thanks, Cana Wine Co. Team
The products are packed really well and the staff is professional when you speak with them. I was able to purchase some bottles of tequila I had been looking for. The only issue I ran into is I had purchased these bottles on Nov 20, the Thursday before Thanksgiving in hopes they would arrive for Thanksgiving since I requested a 3 business day shipping. After I called them on Nov 28, the Saturday after Thanksgiving, they told me they would ship out soon. I received the package on Friday Dec 5, 2025.
