Poor quality at a high price, sadly yet another business punting poor quality products at a very high price. Our hot pavement boot lasted an entire 6 outings. Shocking

The sized 3 boots were way overpriced and did not fit my dog. I did measure him. I contacted their customer service team and the person helping me did offer a refund which was great. I used the credit to buy two shirts because my boy has subcutaneous lymphoma (a very rare form of skin cancer) and has to have his skin protected at all times. I bought him both a sun shirt and a uv reveal shirt in size 18 and they are dramatically different in size. Again, having measured. It's odd that they list them both as a sized 18 when one is clearly dramatically smaller. My poor boy was smashed inside the uv reveal tee. I received these two shirts and a boe tie for my credit of almost $75. What a waste. Never again.

I’ve been a loyal Canada Pooch customer for a long time, but my recent experience has been a nightmare. I bought the Waterproof Rain Boots and saved them for a rainy day. Today was their first use. Within 30 minutes, the soles of all four boots were completely shredded. This is clearly a manufacturing defect, as the exact same thing happened to the previous pair I purchased. I reached out to customer service, but Sabrina dismissed my claim, citing their one-year policy and labeling this instant destruction as "wear and tear." It’s disheartening to see a brand I once trusted fail so badly in both quality control and customer care. A 20% discount code doesn’t fix the fact that I was sold a defective product. I expected much more from Canada Pooch. Buyer beware.

Horrible customer experience. They won’t let you return anything. I would never deal with this company. Don’t buy anything from them. They’ll just rip you off.

Bought 2 sets of soft shield dog boots. Correct size for both. Boots wouldn't stay in place with both fasteners done up correctly. Top fastener very tight on tendons. Both sets slipped out of position within minutes of walking, impeding gait and endangering tendons. Tried to return to company, they refused. Return policy is basically, unused, unopened with tags attached. They offered credit but we refused a there are no products that we have confidence in to purchase. PayPal denied claim. Out 171.00 for useless product.

One of the worst products I’ve ever purchased. No idea how these suspenders would fit any dog. The design is terrible. Return policy is awful. Check your local market place and you’ll see it is filled with people trying to pawn these off on someone else. Do not buy!

If I had a choice I would give 0 stars. I spent 75.00 on a pair of soft shield booties for my 15lb. Dog. After 3 weeks the Velcro was not sticking anymore and they would come off. I tried to go back to Chico pet shop to try to return them but they told me they have a no return policy. They told me to contact Canada Pooch. After so many emails back and forth they kept giving me the run around. I sent pictures and the receipt and told them I wanted my money back as the booties are of very poor quality. They respond every time with how they are busy and will get back to me then they sent an email on how to care for them then again asking for videos. Every excuse not to have to issue a refund. Three months later still no conclusion. Their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. I will never buy any product from Canada Pooch. Even the pet shop manager told me they have alot of complaints about their products. I had to go out to buy another pair which are less expensive and work so much better. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY they are false advertisers stating they have quality products when in fact their products are cheaply made and fall apart easily.

My friends have Canada Pooch suspender boots for their two dogs and I wanted to try them on mine. I got just one pair for one of my dogs to try it out. I thought I was doing something wrong at first, but I couldn’t get them to fit properly. After a few attempts, it became apparent that they installed the sole of the rear boots on the top of the feet, not the bottom. I twisted the back boots around, hoping they would stay put, and within a few steps they spun around again. I sent Canada Pooch photos and explained what was happening and I made sure they knew that I had access to other suspender boots from their company, and my friends confirmed theirs are built differently. Nope. They still think I’m an idiot who doesn’t know how to use their boots. I was a loyal customer for many years, buying several pairs for my dogs, and I would have continued to buy their products. But when you can’t get simple support for their mistake, I’m not giving them my money. I’ll sooner support another brand that stands behind their products.
