Canada PoochReviews of canadapooch.com

I really wanted to buy the Canada Pooch glow in the dark coats for the darker evenings. They ship from Canada to the UK, as not all products are stocked in the UK. I was a bit concerned by the reviews here, but I did not need to worry. The products arrived as scheduled, as described and fitted according to the size guide. I did have a query about the tracking, but Melissa at Canada Goose was helpful and reassuring, responding quickly and accurately. Having purchased four items, I may have a little while before shipping again. However I will buy more in future and will recommend the company to other owners when they complement my dog on his apparel.

I have ordered numerous products from Canada Pooch, dog boots, coats different seasons. Now the suspender boots. I have always had a positive experience shopping with them. Very professional, packages always arrive before the scheduled delivery date. All of the products are well made and fit as promised.

I bought 2 cooling bandanas for my dogs. Not only are they cute, these things stayed cool for hours!! Highly recommend!!

I had an issue with the area of the leash pull coming apart within 6 weeks of having the Alaskan Army jacket. The jacket itself is great and warm for my dog, but the leash area would need more reinforcement. I reinforced the area myself and reached out to Canada Pooch to make them aware of the issue. Within a day their customer care expert AJ reached out. Without asking for anything (I just wanted the company to know the issue), AJ offered a replacement or a different style to fit our needs. This was resolved quickly much to my overwhelming satisfaction. Shop Canada Pooch! They really look after their customers!

Snow Suit is awesome product. Keeps out terrier mix warm, dry and clean! Noticed a seam start to let go, let them know on a Saturday and by Sunday afternoon I had correspondence and confirmation of a new one on the way. Awesome customer service and great product.

My dog recently had knee surgery and the cold was bothering her leg because she now has a metal plate. We found a great pair of leg warmers to use on her walk. Ordering was super easy. Delivery was fast. The quality of the leg warmer is great and works well.

Excellent service. Size of dog's cooling jacket didn't fit so they paid for return shipping and send me replacement. Very professional and polite, replied to emails very quickly. Thank you very much.
