I really liked all the items I ordered. Nice quality, beautiful dark cherry color & nice embroidery. I would recommend this brand for sure!!

Hi Tracy! We're so happy to hear that, and we love the Terra 26L Laptop Duffel Backpack as well. :)
I love my new Calpak bags! I've struggled to find a good carry on bag that doesn't slip off my small rollerboard handle, but that has plenty of room and compartments. On my first trip the Calpak worked brilliantly. And I am crazy for the bronze color.

Hi Mary! We are so thrilled to hear that. And that's such a great color!
I bought the Luka duffle mini and I love that it’s a mini that fits so much! It doesn’t get dirty easy because of the high quality fabric and the colors are on point. My fav colors are oatmeal, chocolate and black cherry. Thanks to Calpak, I look forward to traveling.

Hi Jamie, We love the Luka Mini Duffel as well! Such a fun size that packs a big punch. :)
I purchased an insulated lunch bag from this company as I had loved the one I bought from them 4 years ago. When I opened the bag, I was shocked at how flimsy it seemed. I decided to let it sit out to see if it retained more of a structure sans shipping bag. At first glance it seemed fine, but comparing it directly to my older model, it was so obvious the quality was poor. Very flimsy, poor stitching, frayed ends, and even the handles were uneven. When I attempted to return it, I was told the item was final sale. I pushed back and then they only offered me a gift card and also informed me I'd have to have a shipping fee deducted from the gift card. As another user said, "This left me with no real resolution, since I no longer trust the quality of their products and have no desire to use store credit." Also, other users have mentioned their customer service is nothing more than AI bots. I do not recommend this company and warn anyone considering purchasing from Calpak.

I love the Luka tote! I now have it in 3 colors and bought one for my daughter! I'm obsessed! The website can be a little finicky so be patient

Hi! Thanks so much for sharing your feedback-we'll definitely pass it along to our tech team. And SO happy to hear that you love our Luka!
I have 4 different Calpak items now and I love every single one of them. The Luka duffle is absolutely the best travel bag out there. I just wish the inside wasn't black - it would make finding things slightly easier.

Hi Christy! We're so happy to hear that you love all of your CALPAK items, and thanks so much for the Luka Duffel feedback. :)
The diaper bag we had ordered was damaged upon arrival and the customer service is extremely poor. They are automated AI replies which state the same thing over and over again. I would give customer service a zero out of five. Absolutely terrible.
