The process made it easy to be honest about answering questions I wouldn’t have felt comfortable about answering face to face

I had a charge on my credit card that was not correct. I contacted Calmio to advise and to my surprise I received an email back from Teresa assuring me that the incorrect charge would be rectified immediately and a refund processed. I can happily say I received the refund without question. Pleasantly surprised!

THe registering process was very easy and I was able to install the app right away. In fact, I have already started my journey and I am finding the information valuable, and it all makes a lot of sense.

The process was fairly straightforward after having just responded to the questions on the survey.
