Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We’re truly sorry that your journey with Calmio felt disappointing. We completely understand how frustrating it can feel when expectations aren’t met. As a gesture of goodwill, we’ve offered you 30 days of free access so you can explore the app more fully at no additional cost. Calmio is not a general-purpose AI. It has been developed and trained in collaboration with scientists and psychologists using CBT-based therapeutic methodologies, specifically tailored to support people facing emotionally complex challenges. While large language models can provide general conversation, Calmio is structured as a guided therapeutic journey—with personalized pathways, structured emotional exercises, and clinically informed progress tracking. Because meaningful therapeutic progress typically requires more than just one or two days of interaction, we introduced a minimum usage requirement within our 14-day policy. It’s not meant to create barriers, but to ensure that users have had a genuine opportunity to experience the structured support before making a decision. Inside the app, you’ll also find daily lessons. When you complete them, a flower grows—a small visual symbol of progress and healing. Many users find this gentle structure helpful in building consistency. We’re also actively working on new features and improvements that will be released soon. Your feedback has been taken very seriously by our entire team. We’re a mission-driven company, and we strive to do better every single day. We’re truly sorry that your experience didn’t reflect the care and intention we put into Calmio. For more information, please contact us at [email protected]
