I am happy that CallTools has such great sales Representatives Shawnie is mine. She is always on top of things letting me know about new products features and ways to save money. I like that CallTools has employees that are honest and have your best interest in mind when it comes to things that may help with saving money but keeping the features I have and use already. Shawnie has gone over with me couple times made suggestions on plans I pick that will be the best fit to what I am looking to do. Shawnie also has very fast reply responses and great that if she is unavailable by phone rest assure that a email will get to her and you will get a fast reply. I believe what makes CallTools the best system I have used is because of the fact that they care about the customers and it shows in the way your treated and communication is always fast and quick.
