I had an excellent experience working…
I had an excellent experience working with Buddy at CallTools! He went above and beyond to help me make several important adjustments to my queue configurations and inbound ring settings, which are critical to ensuring calls from my lead vendors are routed properly. Buddy was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to understand my business needs and help get everything configured correctly. His assistance made a significant difference, especially as I prepare to launch my inbound call campaigns. I truly appreciate his professionalism, technical expertise, and willingness to help. Outstanding customer service, and a well-deserved 5 stars! Thank you again, Buddy!
