Easy to use and I got my much needed meds like 10 hours later the following morning. Having a fast turnaround on getting the meds you need when your sick is everything. Would highly recommend

Originally I had an issue with the doctor not prescribing me the correct amount of refills I paid for and responding with coldness toward my situation and condition, even after I sent medical documentation, which was extremely disheartening and frustrating. However, when I reached out to the staff, I did eventually receive the correct amount of medication and an apology for the error/inconvenience the doctor caused me, which I definitely appreciate. For that reason, I am changing my rating and granting four stars to callondoc services. Thank you to Gervin & Jhon of the support team who reached out to me to resolve the issue. I really appreciate the integrity this company showed in the end, and would feel comfortable using their service again in the future because of their accountability.

They quickly got me the antibiotics I needed, but ignored my request about giving it to me in a drinkable oral solution. I have trouble swallowing pills, so it was frustrating that the first thing I saw on the prescription was pills. Update: They were able to get me the prescription I needed in a non-pill form, but it took some additional communication to get them to change it. I'm rating you guys higher because you fixed the problem, but my experience was still kind of frustrating.

I would like you to know that our medical provider sent a new prescription for an Oral Suspension to your pharmacy and I was also able to verify through a call that they're now processing it. You may now give them a call to schedule a pickup time and so you can also request to expedite their processing if needed. Easy and quick. I will say that when I called the 888 number to check my status, the lady said I had the wrong number, she asked how much I paid, I told her $39, she said nope, they charge $79 and I had the wrong number
