Fast and easy for simple refill. Only issue is quantity of refill was very small, especially for a simple anti-viral med. The "90-day" prescription does not seem close to 90 days...just sayin'.

The process was very straightforward. Your physician group was helpful. A rx was emailed to my pharmacy within an hour. There was some confusion from the pharmacy’s end that delayed the rx by several hours but from moment of contact to having rx in hand was 4.5 hours, much sooner than my regular doctor could have seen me. Was easy to use but issues with many pharmacies not taking their prescriptions

I had a partially positive experience with CallonDoc. Service was responsive and treatment is affordable. The problem is that the treatment plan is only half-way effective. A prescription for a local antibiotic cream or ointment to work with the oral one, is necessary to efficiently treat the leg sores in a timely and therapeutic manner.

Thank goodness CallonDoc prescribed appropriate antibiotics & treatment plan. My psoriasis is accompanied by the risk of recurring skin infections called cellulitis. A Dr. appt would be 2 weeks out thru HMO. The alternative was urgent care facility where staff unfamiliar with psoriasis/cellulitis would subject me to unneeded testing (happened to me 2x before). CallonDoc gave me an opportunity to explain my history to a dermatology expert via email. The service is great. Thank you, doctor! Swelling, pain & redness receding. Feel better already! The website often refused to load and payment page scroll bar disappeared so only half of the payment page showed on MS Edge which is why this gets 4 stars. I am glad I persisted with subpar website by using the keypad scrollbar as a workaround to complete paying the reasonable fee.
