Thank you for your review. We appreciate your feedback. The system is voice-activate so you will need to say "Hello" or some type of greeting when you answer the call. This will allow our system to know that you are live person and to release the message right away. If the system doesn't "hear" this then it will think you are an answering machine and wait for the answering machine greeting to finish and then release the message. Please reach out to our Client Care Excellence team and we can review these deliveries within 5 days of your last call.
Very good service to have and use to notify groups of people at one time.

Calling posts saves time, however the functionalities and contact limits are very limited and the the email portion is not user friendly at all. Also, Google Chrome often, only from home, allow me to record the call, prep the text message, and even write the email, but when I get ready to send there is no send button. The frustrating part is the there is no auto-save or save option, which means one has to start from the all over. I can spent hours just trying to send one calling post message some times. It's expensive based on the small number of contacts that can be uploaded in to a list. After 287 members for example, CallingPost wants another ~$400, that's insane. CallingPosts needs a draft and save feature at each step so that certain recordings can be reused with different SMS and Emails. CallingPost would also benefit from an SMS edit feature and Email edit feature if during the review an error is noticed. Currently, I choose between letting the error go through or starting all over from the beginning with re-recording the phone message, retyping the SMS and Email. It's just tedious. Summary for CallingPost: 1) be more user friendly 2) be more economical

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry you have been frustrated in creating a message. We are here to help with any questions and welcome your call , chat or email for help or suggestions to better support your needs. Great news, you can now edit your communication from the message library page. We have always allowed you to create a new message from this page so this may better suit you in the future for creating and saving your messages to send. Now you will not have to start your message creation over again. Please allow us to demonstrate this feature for you when you have time. We would love the opportunity to review your needs and get you into the best pricing option, we have many to choose from. There are no member or group restrictions in the CallingPost system, so please create as many groups as you need to efficiently communicate with your members. Our pricing options for our Unlimited monthly plan are based on unique member phone numbers or email addresses whichever is greater. Most plans jump $10 to $20 a month, as you add new members to your system. We want to earn a 5 star review from you and look forward to that opportunity.
I like it , but some of my Veterans say there is a delay in the message starting and stopping, so they will hang up not receiving the robo call and calling me instead.
